Our developments are designed with expansive spaces, refined architecture, lush landscaping, and exceptional views, catering to discerning homeowners seeking an elevated lifestyle.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage the customer journey post-sale and ensure a seamless, high-quality experience aligned with our luxury brand standards.Role OverviewThe CRM Executive will be responsible for managing customer relationships after booking, coordinating documentation, supporting customers through financial processes, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities• Follow up with customers post-sale and maintain strong relationships• Provide end-to-end customer support from booking to handover• Draft, review, and edit agreements and customer documentation• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for loan processing• Assist customers with documentation and registration processes• Maintain and update CRM records and customer data• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution• Address customer queries and ensure timely resolution• Track milestones, payments, and documentation statusMandatory Skills• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Strong documentation and coordination skills• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Professional and customer-focused approach• Strong follow-up and relationship management skills• Ability to manage multiple customers simultaneously• Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets Preferred Qualifications• Experience in real estate CRM or customer relationship roles preferred• Familiarity with agreement drafting and documentation• Experience coordinating with banks / loan processing preferred• Fluent in English (additional languages preferred)What We Offer• Opportunity to work with a luxury real estate brand• Professional and growth-oriented environment• Exposure to premium clientele• Supportive and collaborative teamIf you are organised, proactive, and passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, reach out to us.
