Accounts Executive (Travel Industry) (Delhi)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial records. The ideal candidate should have experience handling accounting operations, invoicing, reconciliations, and basic statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities: -

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records in the accounting system.
• Prepare and manage sales invoices, purchase entries, and payment vouchers.
• Handle bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations on a regular basis.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable, follow up for pending payments, and maintain proper records.
• Assist in GST filings, TDS calculations, and other statutory compliance.
• Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and financial records.
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing, payment processing, and financial queries.
• Prepare basic financial reports and MIS reports when required.
• Support senior management and auditors during financial audits and compliance checks.
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all financial transactions.

Key Skills Required: -

• Good knowledge of accounting principles and financial documentation.
• Experience with accounting software such as Tally or similar tools.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation compliance.
• Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Experience in travel industry accounting will be an added advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple financial tasks and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting.
