Record to Report (RTR) Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Record to Report (RTR) Analyst to join our Finance Operations team in Mumbai (Airoli). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and account reconciliations, with a focus on ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance. This role is critical in supporting the financial health of our organization through effective transaction review and reconciliation processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• Conduct month-end close activities, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Analyze financial transactions and identify discrepancies, providing solutions to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance financial processes and reporting accuracy.
• Support process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the RTR function.
• Depending on the level of the position, responsibilities may include managing small teams or leading specific work efforts.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Record to Report (RTR) processes and Fixed Asset Accounting.
• Proficiency in General Ledger (GL) accounting and financial analysis.
• Experience with transaction reconciliation and month-end accounting activities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to process improvement.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
