CRM Executive - Fresher

About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Partial fulfillment management: Track orders with missing stock. Proactively call/message customers to suggest alternative products or arrange partial shipments.

2. Production coordination: Own the action plan for missing items. Coordinate directly with our warehouse and production teams to arrange immediate manufacturing for out-of-stock items.

3. Live chat sales (KwikChat): Monitor live chat streams daily. Tag customer inquiries as sales leads and guide conversations to close orders directly via chat.

4. Dispatch SLA tracking: Monitor daily operational efficiency. Identify and isolate delayed orders that have failed to ship within a 3-day window and push for accelerated dispatch.

5.
