The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in designing and developing microservices-based architectures, ensuring high availability, fault tolerance, and seamless integration across distributed systems. Proficiency in React.js is essential, including experience with component-based UI development, state management using Redux or Context API, and building responsive single-page applications. Strong command over Java and Spring Boot is required, including RESTful API development, Spring Security, Spring Data JPA, and exposure to cloud-native deployment practices. Candidates must demonstrate practical experience with GitHub Copilot and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding efficiency, code reviews, and test generation within agile delivery cycles. Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, along with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions, is highly desirable. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams including product managers, DevOps engineers, and UX designers in an agile Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software releases. Strong understanding of database technologies including relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL and exposure to NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis is expected. Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using Java and Spring Boot on the backend and React.js on the frontend, ensuring clean code practices and high code coverage. Architect and implement microservices-based solutions, defining service boundaries, API contracts, and inter-service communication using REST or messaging systems like Kafka or RabbitMQ. Utilize GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted tools to streamline development workflows, generate boilerplate code, and improve overall developer productivity across the team. Collaborate with UI/UX teams to translate wireframes and design mockups into performant, accessible, and maintainable React.js components following best practices. Participate in end-to-end software delivery including requirement analysis, technical design, development, code review, unit testing, and production deployment for microservices-based applications. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level developers, enforcing coding standards, design patterns, and architectural best practices across the development team. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes to ensure system reliability and optimal performance in a cloud-hosted environment.
