Reports To: Project Manager / Site Manager Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified and motivated Civil Engineer to oversee and coordinate construction activities, ensure work is completed according to approved drawings and specifications, and maintain required quality, safety, and project standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day construction and site activities. Ensure construction work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications. Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams. Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship. Measure and verify quantities of completed work. Prepare daily and progress reports. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned activities. Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements. Coordinate material requirements and maintain proper site records. Identify site issues and provide appropriate technical solutions. Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks. Assist with cost estimation, billing, and documentation. Maintain records of work progress, materials, measurements, and inspections. Ensure proper housekeeping and safety at the construction site. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager. Eligibility CriteriaDiploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution. 0–5 years of experience in civil construction or site engineering. Freshers may also apply for junior positions. Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office is preferred. Required SkillsGood technical and problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of civil construction practices. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings. Good knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation. Ability to manage site activities and meet deadlines. Willingness to work at construction/project sites. Team-oriented and responsible approach. Salary & BenefitsSalary: As per company standards and candidate experience.
