Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote unsecured loan products. Assess client financial needs and provide customized unsecured loan solutions aligned with their requirements. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly unsecured loan disbursement targets. Conduct thorough credit appraisals and risk assessments in compliance with the banks credit policies and regulatory guidelines. Collaborate with underwriting and credit teams to ensure timely loan processing and disbursal. Monitor loan portfolio performance and proactively manage delinquency and recovery efforts. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes impacting unsecured lending. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on sales performance and market opportunities. Educate clients on loan terms, repayment schedules, and financial implications to ensure transparency and trust. Participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
