Job description The Assistant Human Resources Manager at AICRA will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's efforts to foster a positive organizational culture, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with HR policies. This position requires a proactive approach to HR functions, including recruitment, training, and employee relations. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment activities, including resume screening and interview scheduling. Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Assist in addressing employee grievances and facilitating conflict resolution. Support the performance appraisal process by tracking evaluations and feedback. Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and employee development programs. Maintain training records and assess the effectiveness of training initiatives. Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies. Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support strategic initiatives. Contribute to building a positive workplace culture aligned with AICRA's mission and values. Qualifications: MBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 5 to 6 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in a support position. Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Office environment with standard working hours. Flexibility to work overtime as needed.
