Job description
Manage complete plant operations and production activities. Plan and achieve daily production targets while improving productivity. Supervise shop floor operations and lead production teams. Implement Lean Manufacturing and 5S practices to reduce waste and optimize costs. Ensure quality, safety, and timely deliveries. Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Stores, Dispatch, and Sales teams. Train, guide, and motivate employees to achieve operational excellence.
