IndorePosted: 3 weeks agoOpenings: 1Applicants: 100+Quality Manager -Only From Food Industry - IndoreThe Global Zone HR ServicesPosted by The Global ZoneJob description Maintain and improve the overall Quality Management System (QMS).Ensure compliance with company quality standards and specifications.Monitor quality parameters at raw material, in-process, and finished product stages.Food Safety & ComplianceEnsure compliance with FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP, ISO 22000 and other applicable standards.Maintain food safety documentation, records, SOPs and quality procedures.Coordinate regulatory and customer audits.Raw Material & Packaging QualityApprove and monitor incoming raw materials and packaging materials.Establish specifications and inspection procedures.Coordinate with suppliers regarding quality issues and corrective actions.Production Quality ControlMonitor critical quality parameters during production.Ensure adherence to SOPs and process specifications.Identify deviations and initiate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).Laboratory & TestingSupervise product testing and laboratory activities.Ensure proper calibration and maintenance of testing equipment.Review test reports and approve/reject materials and finished products as per specifications.Complaint & CAPA ManagementInvestigate customer complaints and quality failures.Conduct root-cause analysis.Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions.Audit ManagementConduct internal quality and hygiene audits.Prepare the plant for customer, certification and regulatory audits.Close audit observations within defined timelines.Team ManagementLead and train QA/QC team members.Allocate responsibilities and monitor team performance.Conduct training on GMP, hygiene, food safety, SOPs and quality procedures.Documentation & ReportingMaintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports and audit documents.Prepare periodic quality performance reports.Track KPIs related to rejection, complaints, deviations and CAPA.Required QualificationsBachelor's/Master's degree in Food TechnologyRelevant experience in Food manufacturing.Knowledge of FSSAI, GMP, GHP, HACCP and ISO 22000.Good knowledge of quality testing, documentation and audit procedures.Strong analytical, problem-solving and team-management skills.If Interested Kindly Share Updated Resume at [hidden] Role: Head - Quality,Industry Type: Accounting / Auditing,Department: Quality Assurance,Employment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Business Process QualityEducationUG: B.Tech / B.E. in Food Technology, B.Sc in Food TechnologyKey SkillsSkills highlighted with ‘‘ are preferred keyskillsQualityProcess QualityManufacturing QualityAbout companyMention things you would want to highlight to jobseekersBeware of imposters!
