Job Summary

The role will act as a dedicated HR partner for the Digital Technology, AI/Data Engineering portfolio, supporting rapid scale-up, high-volume niche hiring, talent programs, HR operations, and people governance.

The incumbent will closely work with technology leaders and the HRBP to ensure seamless hiring delivery, employee lifecycle management, engagement execution, dashboards and compliance, enabling the HRBP to focus on strategic stakeholder management, leadership advisory, and talent strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Manpower Support

Drive end-to-end hiring coordination for Digital, AI/Data Engineering roles, including niche and business-critical positions

Partner with Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders to ensure timely closures, candidate engagement and effective onboarding

Track hiring plans, joining status, drop-offs and hiring SLAs; publish regular hiring dashboards

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle

Own day-to-day HR operations for the assigned employee base, including:

§ Employee onboarding and exits

§ HR documentation, letters and compliance processes

§ Coordination of payroll, benefits and policy-related queries

Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related support

Talent & Performance Processes

Coordinate and run annual processes including:

§ Performance management and appraisal cycles

§ Talent Councils, IDP tracking and succession planning support

§ Governance & Tracking of OTRs, IJP movements and governance-heavy people processes

§ Ensure timely communication, data accuracy and adherence to process timelines

Engagement & Retention

Execute engagement and retention initiatives including the 5Cs engagement program

Partner with HRBP to conduct pulse checks, analyze trends and track action plans

Support proactive retention interventions for high-performing and critical talent segments

People Analytics & Reporting

Prepare and maintain weekly, fortnightly and monthly people dashboards for leadership forums

Track attrition, engagement scores, hiring progress and key HR metrics

Ensure data quality, insights and readiness for COO / senior leadership reviews

Stakeholder & Compliance Management

Work closely with N-2, of CTO/CDIO-led leadership teams to support people priorities

Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, audit requirements and confidential processes

Support HR governance and risk mitigation for the portfolio

Measures of Success

Timely delivery of hiring plans with minimal escalations

Smooth execution of appraisal, talent and engagement programs

High-quality dashboards and leadership-ready insights

Effective employee experience and issue resolution

Strong compliance adherence and audit readiness

Key competencies/skills required

Strong understanding of HR operations, talent processes and analytics

Experience supporting technology, digital or niche skill portfolios

High attention to detail and execution excellence

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously

Strong MS Excel / dashboarding and data interpretation skills

Proactive, structured and solution-oriented mindset
