IT Executive

Job Purpose: To ensure smooth and uninterrupted IT operations across all hotel and resort units by providing technical support, troubleshooting IT-related issues, maintaining internet and network connectivity, assisting employees with hardware/software requirements, and regularly travelling to different units to resolve on-site IT concerns. Key ResponsibilitiesThe IT Executive will be responsible for providing end-to-end IT support across all hotel and resort units , including troubleshooting hardware, software, networks, Wi-Fi, broadband, email, PMS/POS, CCTV, HRMS and other IT systems. The role will require travel to different units to resolve on-site IT issues, conduct infrastructure checks, coordinate with internet and IT service providers, maintain IT assets and records, and assist employees with IT-related queries. The candidate should have good technical and communication skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, vendor coordination skills, and the flexibility to travel between multiple hotel/resort locations as required.
