Job Description – Customer Care Executive Job Title: Customer Care Executive Department: Customer Service / Operations Location: SARJAPURA ROAD Reports To: Customer Service Manager / Team Leader Job SummaryWe are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer inquiries, provide information, resolve complaints, and ensure a positive customer experience. Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer inquiries through phone calls, email, chat, and other communication channels. Understand customer concerns and provide accurate information and solutions. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner. Follow up with customers to ensure proper resolution of their issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaints. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues. Provide information about products, services, pricing, and company policies. Achieve customer service and performance targets. Maintain a positive and professional relationship with customers. Escalate complex issues to the concerned supervisor or manager. Follow company customer service policies and procedures. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate . Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Prior experience in customer service or call center operations is an advantage. Basic computer knowledge is required. Required SkillsExcellent communication skills. Good listening and problem-solving abilities. Customer-friendly attitude. Patience and professional behavior. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customer queries. Knowledge of local languages, Hindi, and English is preferred.
