As a Life Insurance Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive growth and achieve sales targets. You will oversee the recruitment, training, and development of agency managers and unit managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. Key responsibilities include managing the agency channel, fostering relationships with clients, and providing ongoing support to your team to enhance their performance. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, a deep understanding of the life insurance market, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
