Inside Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of holiday packages, focusing on family holidays, and engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a strong emphasis on building relationships and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers, promoting our range of holiday packages.
• Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to maximize conversion rates.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends and preferences to help shape future offerings.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of holiday packages and family travel trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Experience in inside sales and presales processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
