Civil Costing and Budgeting Lead for Real Estate Projects

Costing, Bangalore Role Overview : We are looking for an experienced professional to lead civil costing, budgeting, and cost control for real estate projects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare project cost estimates, budgets, BOQs and rate analysis for civil works. Manage costing for high-rise residential, commercial and large-scale real estate projects. Review tender documents, contractor quotations and negotiate rates. Monitor project costs, budgets, variations and cost forecasts. Conduct value engineering and cost optimization to achieve project cost efficiencies. Coordinate with Design, Projects, Procurement and Contracts teams. Provide cost inputs for project feasibility, tendering and management approvals. Track market rates and benchmark project costs. #LI-DNI .
