Human Resources (HR) - Internship (WFH & Part Time)

About the internship:As an HR intern at Unessa Foundation in Vadodara, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of Human Resources while making a positive impact on the community.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing new employee paperwork.

2. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

3. Assist with employee relations by addressing workplace issues and providing support to staff.

4. Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

5. Assist with performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.

6. Support HR projects and initiatives to improve overall organizational effectiveness.

7. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
