Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for implementing marketing strategies, executing campaigns, and supporting various marketing activities and functions to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet business objectives and targets.
Ability to think and direct marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, CRM, and traditional advertising.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies/ independent contributors to create compelling marketing collateral, including print advertisements, promotional content, and branding material.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and consumer insights.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, prepare reports, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Assist in planning and organizing events, festivals, and offers to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Understand challenges and create plans to address them. Track and measure ROI regularly on marketing plans.
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for e.g. Design, PR, Content, and Digital Teams as required.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, such as sales and operations, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Monitor marketing budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Post Graduate degree in related fields.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
Solid understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
Proficiency in marketing tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creativity and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of the latest marketing trends and technologies is a plus.
