Job Description-
Devyaksha Overseas Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and motivated Business Coordination Executive (Female) to join our growing team in Indore. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in International Logistics & Freight Forwarding and gain hands-on experience in US logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities-
Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding shipment inquiries and requirements.
Generate and qualify business leads through outbound calling.
Collect shipment details and coordinate with the pricing team for quotations.
Follow up with prospective customers and assist in converting inquiries into business opportunities.
Maintain and regularly update customer databases and CRM records.
Support sales activities through email communication and customer coordination.
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely customer follow-ups.
Coordinate effectively with different departments to ensure smooth shipment communication.
Provide professional customer service and maintain positive customer relationships.
Assist the team in achieving business and sales objectives.
Eligibility & Skills-
Female candidates only.
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM candidates will be preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
Comfortable with telecalling, customer follow-ups, and coordination.
Confident, positive, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
Willing to work in an evening/night shift.
