Regional Influencer Marketing Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join our Influencer Marketing team at Lenskart - Indias leading eyewear and lifestyle brand. In this role, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing high-impact influencer marketing campaigns, driving creator partnerships, and building strong associations that enhance brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Devise and execute end-to-end influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives

Identify, negotiate, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of influencers and content creators across categories

Lead campaigns around key product launches, fashion collaborations, and brand events

Conduct competitive benchmarking to ensure a strong share of voice across digital platforms

Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to maximize ROI

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Brand, PR, Social Media, Performance Marketing) to deliver campaigns that drive measurable business impact

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to optimize future strategies

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Talent Management, or related roles.

Native speaker of respective geographies (mandatory)

Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns at scale

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills

Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems across Instagram, YouTube, and short-form video platforms

Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
