Backend Developer (Python/Django) - Fintech exp preferred

About the RoleWe are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Python and Django to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with payment/fintech companies and be passionate about building scalable, secure, and high-performing systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain robust backend services and APIs using Python/Django.Work on integrations with payment gateways, banking APIs, and financial services.Ensure system security, scalability, and performance optimization.Collaborate with product managers, front-end developers, and other stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.Requirements4+ years of hands-on experience as a Backend Developer.Strong proficiency in Python and Django framework.Prior experience in payment/fintech domain (mandatory).Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and database design (SQL/NoSQL).Knowledge of payment systems, PCI compliance, security protocols, and transaction workflows.Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.Nice to HaveExperience with Celery, Redis, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Understanding of data security, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance in fintech.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on impactful projects in the payments and fintech domain.Collaborative and growth-driven work environment.Competitive compensation and benefits.Remote Flexibilty with Hybrid working model
