Customer Service Executive International Voice Process

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Voice Process team as Customer Service Executives. This role involves handling international customers through voice calls, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and providing excellent customer service and support. Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls from international customers, providing exceptional customer service, understanding customer queries, and delivering appropriate solutions. You will be expected to resolve customer issues professionally within defined timelines while maintaining a positive and professional approach during interactions. Adherence to company processes, quality standards, and communication guidelines is essential. Additionally, you will maintain accurate customer information and call records, and achieve assigned productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets. Required skills for this position include excellent verbal and written English communication skills, good listening and interpersonal skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle international customers professionally. Problem-solving and decision-making skills are also crucial, along with basic computer knowledge and typing skills. Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts or night shifts.
