Partner Relations

Key Deliverables:● We're looking for a Partner Relations● This role involves building and strengthening our connections with investors toguarantee their contentment and active engagement.● Act as the go-to contact for any investor-related questions or correspondence.● Maintain robust relationships with our current investors, ensuring they're well-informedabout how their investments are performing through regular updates and reports.● Formulate and execute customer acquisition and retention strategies.● Organise and manage investor events, meetings, and presentations, whether online orface-to-face, to conduct investment awareness programs.● Work closely with other departments, such as finance, legal, and management.● Keep a pulse on market trends, competitor moves, industry norms and regulatoryupdates.Key Competencies and skills:● Good understanding of Finance and Financial Products● Outstanding ability to interact and communicate with others.● Willing to work flexible hours, focusing on customers' needs.● Dedication to continually learn and adapt in a rapidly changing investment scene.● Excellent skills in both writing and speaking, capable of explaining complex financialtopics simply and directly.● Excellent at building relationships and interacting with people, always putting thecustomer first in managing investor relations.● Capable of juggling multiple tasks and setting priorities in a busy setting.● Attention to detail and has a keen ability to analyse and solve problems.
