About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Proactively identify and source potential startup investment opportunities by networking within the startup ecosystem, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

2. Manage bridge funding and growth funding programs for early-stage and growth-stage startups.

3. Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to assess the viability and potential of target companies.

4. Evaluate business plans, financial models, and pitch decks to identify key investment merits and risks.

5. Perform due diligence on potential investments, including financial analysis, market validation, and customer interviews.

6. Prepare investment memos and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to the investment committee.

7. Support the investment team in negotiating deal terms and closing transactions.

8.
