Farmer Success Associate

Key Responsibilities:

Onboard new farmers to greenhouse program.

Train the onboarded farmers on maintenance of greenhouse and protected cultivation.

Resolve farmers agronomy related queries and ensure highest degree of customer satisfaction.

Improve inbound and outbound farmer engagement by tele calling and coordinating field visits and campaigns to increase awareness of best practices.

Farmer database maintenance.

Work closely with senior agronomists to provide input recommendations.

Ensure warehousing and timely delivery of inputs to farmers.
