US Healthcare AR Caller

We are seeking a dedicated US Healthcare AR Caller to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US healthcare system and experience in accounts receivable processes. As an AR Caller, you will be responsible for managing and resolving outstanding claims, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct follow-up calls to healthcare providers and insurance companies to resolve outstanding claims.
• Verify patient information and ensure accuracy in billing processes.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive patient information.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of claims status.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and assist with inquiries related to accounts receivable.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of US healthcare processes and terminology.
• Experience in accounts receivable and billing in a healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using billing software and tools, such as Aminfoweb.
