ERP Support Analyst

We are seeking an ERP Support Analyst to join our team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly D365, and will be responsible for providing support and operational assistance to our finance and operations teams. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure the smooth functioning of our ERP systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues, assisting in the implementation of new features and updates, and providing training and support to end-users. The successful candidate will also be involved in optimizing processes using tools such as Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to enhance operational efficiency. Required skills for this position include a solid understanding of ERP systems, particularly D365, experience in finance and operations support, and familiarity with DevOps practices. Proficiency in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI is also essential.
