If you love breaking things before users do, thrive in a fast-paced engineering culture, and want your work to directly shape products that impact millions — this is the role for you.Experience5 to 7 Years of Relevant ExperienceWhat You'll DoDesign, build, and scale test automation frameworks across Web and Desktop platforms — from scratch or on top of what existsOwn and evolve existing automation suites, keeping them fast, reliable, and maintainableDrive bug triage end-to-end: identify, document, communicate, and follow through until resolutionDebug complex failures and dig deep into code to uncover root causes, not just symptomsProactively identify performance bottlenecks and thresholds before they become production incidentsCollaborate with Dev and Product teams using Git and Jenkins as part of a mature CI/CD pipelineChampion Object-Oriented Design principles across test code because quality code deserves quality testsWhat We're Looking ForSome or all of the below — because we believe smart people learn fast. You just need to prove you can:Hands-on experience building and maintaining Selenium-based automation frameworksDeep understanding of QA processes — test planning, feature ownership, automation reporting, bug triage, regression, and isolationProven experience with REST API automation frameworks and scriptingStrong programming skills in Python with solid grasp of Data Structures and OOP concepts5. Functional knowledge of the full software testing lifecycle and test case writingWorking knowledge of build tools — Jenkins, Apache Ant, or GradleExperience with API Testing and proficiency in integrating it into CI pipelinesFamiliarity with Continuous Integration and software build processesExperience testing cloud-based SaaS or PaaS products with a demonstrated sense of ownershipExcellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across engineering, product, and business teams
