Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Experience Required: 1 Year

Salary: Rs. 25,000 per month

Working Days: Monday - Friday, Alternate Saturdays Off

Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Title: Junior HR Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior HR Executive to support our HR operations and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of HR processes, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview alignment Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers

Support onboarding activities such as documentation, offer letters, and joining formalities

Assist in employee engagement activities and HR initiatives

Maintain employee records and ensure proper documentation

Coordinate with HR Ops for smooth onboarding and exit processes

Prepare basic HR reports and maintain data accuracy

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 02 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers can also apply) Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong organizational and coordination abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn and Naukri

Understanding of HR processes and documentation

Eagerness to learn and grow in HR domain
