Senior Executive Human Resources

We are hiring an HR Executive preferably with admin executive background with a minimum of 3 years (ideally 5+ years) for :

The Roles and Responsibilities: Searching and identifying candidates of various levels and profiles including senior management roles

Coordinating with the management for end to end selection recruitment

Employee onboarding

Leaves management

Compensation and benefits administration;

Statutory Compliances

Employee relations

Skills You should have hired mid and senior level executives,

You should have knowledge and hand-on experience of managing statutory compliances, compensation structure, salary preparation / calculations,

You should have worked in small teams,

You must Excellent written and spoken communication skills including communicating with CXO level people

You should have worked for IT, Consumer Services, Insuretech, Fintech industries (similar to our company i.e. Infinity Assurance Solutions)

Experience in working in a startup will be a plus

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field

Professional HR certifications are a plus
