Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong business relationships with international distributors, customers, and overseas branch offices.
Identify and evaluate new markets, business opportunities, and potential customers across international territories.
Conduct market research and analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and business potential.
Develop and implement effective international marketing and business development strategies to increase market penetration and market share.
Understand the companys product portfolio, applications, and value propositions, and effectively communicate these to customers and business partners.
Coordinate with internal departments and branch offices to ensure seamless execution of customer requirements and business activities.
Regularly communicate with international distributors and customers to understand their requirements, resolve issues, and strengthen long-term relationships.
Generate opportunities for repeat business, referrals, cross-selling, and market expansion.
Identify potential avenues for revenue growth and actively pursue new business opportunities.
Monitor sales and business development activities and provide regular updates on market developments, opportunities, and customer feedback.
Support product launches, promotional activities, exhibitions, customer visits, and other international marketing initiatives as required.
Ensure timely follow-up on enquiries, quotations, orders, and other business opportunities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
Candidate Profile
Graduate/Postgraduate with 4–5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in International Business Development, Export Sales, or International Marketing.
Strong understanding of international markets and distributor management.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to quickly understand pharmaceutical products, applications, and technical concepts.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and identify business opportunities.
Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented approach.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
