Sales & Marketing – Responsibilities & Duties Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers. Draft and send professional emails to customers, clients, vendors, and internal teams. Draft follow-up emails for leads, inquiries, quotations, and pending payments/orders. Respond to customer queries and provide accurate information through email and other communication channels. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports and communicate updates to management. Maintain sales records, prepare reports, track performance, and provide updates to management.
