Position: Process Trainer

Location: MEPZ SEZ, GST Road, Tambaram, Chennai

Salary: Up to 35K CTC

Requirements:

Graduation mandatory

Minimum 1 year relevant experience as a Trainer

Immediate joiners preferred

Good communication and presentation skills

Freshers not eligible

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions for recent and existing employees on process, product, and operational procedures

Deliver induction and process training as per business requirements

Prepare and update training materials, presentations, and process documentation

Evaluate trainees through assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises

Monitor trainee performance and provide constructive feedback

Identify knowledge gaps and conduct refresher training whenever required

Ensure employees understand and follow process guidelines, SOPs, and quality standards

Track training attendance, performance, and completion reports

Coordinate with Team Leaders, Quality, and Operations teams to identify training needs

Support employees during the nesting/OJT period and ensure smooth transition to production

Maintain training records and prepare regular training reports
