About the Role
We are looking for a driven and people-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment for entry-level and mid-level roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Support employer branding and job posting activities
