The role involves designing and executing functional, aesthetic, practical, and budget-conscious spaces from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with clients, vendors, design drawings, materials, and on-site execution. Key Responsibilities • Create architectural and interior design concepts, layouts, and space-planning solutions. • Prepare accurate 2D and 3D drawings, presentations, and design details using relevant design software. • Develop design concepts while considering functionality, aesthetics, budget, materials, and execution requirements. • Source suitable materials, finishes, fixtures, and related products in coordination with vendors. • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, fabricators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. • Conduct regular site visits and supervise work to ensure execution matches approved design plans and specifications. • Meet clients, understand their requirements, space preferences, design expectations, and project objectives. • Review site conditions, measurements, and execution details and communicate necessary design or technical changes. Job Requirements • Diploma / Graduation in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline. • 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in interior design and execution. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, or similar interior/design software. • Strong understanding of interior design, detailing, space planning, materials, and execution. • Good knowledge of stone, marble, and related finishing materials. • Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate effectively with vendors and site teams. • Strong communication, coordination, problem-solving, and time-management skills. • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining design quality, accuracy, and project timelines.What We Offer • Opportunity to work on creative interior and design projects. • Hands-on exposure to design, material selection, vendor coordination, and site execution. • A collaborative working environment with opportunities for professional growth. • Compensation of 25,000–30,000 in-hand, with the final package negotiable based on proven track record, speed, and creative excellence.
