About the job:Key responsibilities:

1. Handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from understanding manpower requirements to candidate joining.

2. Understand client/job requirements and prepare clear Job Descriptions (JDs).

3. Source candidates through job portals, databases, references, networking, and headhunting.

4. Screen and shortlist suitable candidates as per the requirement.

5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and clients.

6. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

7. Follow up with candidates and clients until the position is successfully closed.

8.
