Job Title: Telecaller / Patient Coordinator Location: Jaipur Job Type: Full Time Experience: 1–3 Years Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Telecaller / Patient Coordinator for a health clinic. The candidate should have previous experience working in a clinic, hospital, healthcare centre, or similar healthcare setup and should be comfortable communicating with patients over phone and WhatsApp. Key Responsibilities:Handle incoming calls from patients and enquiries Respond to WhatsApp enquiries and communicate with patients Call patients who enquire through WhatsApp, Google, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms Understand the patient's basic requirement and provide clinic/consultation information Follow up with interested patients and convert enquiries into clinic appointments Schedule and confirm patient appointments Follow up with patients regarding appointments Maintain proper records of enquiries, calls and appointments Communicate with patients politely and professionally Handle patient queries confidently and patiently Requirements: Previous experience in a health clinic / hospital / healthcare centre is preferred Minimum 1 year of telecalling or patient handling experience Good Hindi communication skills Basic English communication Good WhatsApp and computer knowledge Confident and professional communication Ability to handle patient enquiries and follow-ups Experience in healthcare lead calling / appointment booking will be an advantage Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month , depending on experience and skills. Experienced candidates from the healthcare/clinic industry will be given preference. Immediate Joiners Preferred.
