24 years of experience in US Staffing Business Development / US IT Staffing Sales.Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition.Good understanding of the US IT Staffing industry and recruitment lifecycle.Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, VMS, Implementation Partners, or Staffing Vendors.Strong knowledge of cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn prospecting, and account research.Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to identify decision-makers and generate qualified staffing opportunities.Strong follow-up and pipeline management skills.Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Ability to work effectively with recruitment and delivery teams.Work Location: Remote .
