Job Summary:

We are looking for energetic and ambitious fresh graduates to join our HR team as Management Trainees – HR Recruiters. This role is ideal for candidates who wish to build a career in recruitment and human resources. Selected candidates will receive practical training and exposure to the complete recruitment life cycle.

Key Responsibilities :

Understand job requirements shared by clients and internal hiring managers.

Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, databases, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidate profiles based on required qualifications, experience, and communication skills.

Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers.

Follow up with candidates throughout the interview, selection, and joining process.

Maintain accurate candidate records, trackers, and recruitment reports.

Build and maintain a strong candidate database.

Support the team in achieving recruitment targets and turnaround timelines.

Learn HR recruitment processes, market mapping, candidate engagement, and client coordination.

Candidate Requirements

Any graduate degree.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.

Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and follow-up skills.

Willingness to learn recruitment processes and work in a target-driven environment.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and job portals will be an advantage.

Candidates available to work from the Avadi location are preferred.

Previous internship experience in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, sales, or customer service.

Exposure to job portals, LinkedIn, or candidate sourcing.
