Junior Counselor - Internship

As a Junior counselor intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced counselors, providing support to our clients and contributing to their overall well-being.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in conducting counseling sessions with clients under the supervision of senior counselors.

2. Provide emotional support and guidance to clients in a compassionate and empathetic manner.

3. Collaborate with the counseling team to develop treatment plans and strategies for clients.

4. Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with company policies and regulations.

5. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance counseling skills and knowledge.

6. Attend team meetings and contribute ideas for improving counseling services and client outcomes.

7. Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 5,000 - 7,000 /month
