Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to programme enquiries on WhatsApp and share brochures- Call leads from our ads and enquiry lists, and follow up until they decide- Invite leads to free webinars and follow up after each session- Send payment links, confirm registrations and share joining details- Share session materials, recordings and certificates with participants- Maintain a simple lead tracker and send a short daily update to the founder- Support with social media scheduling, WhatsApp broadcasts and email campaigns- Help manage the founder's calendar and basic admin
