Vendor Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for domestic or international suppliers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and specifications. Vendor contract managements & visit PAN India as & when required. Payment & Invoice Tracking: Coordinate advance payments, letters of credit (LC), and resolve accounts payable or invoice discrepancies.
