Summary
Qtonix Software, a CMMI Level 3 and ISO-certified leader in digital marketing, web development, and mobile app solutions, is looking for an HR Executive or Senior HR Executive to join their Kolkata office. This is a full-time, day-shift role (10:30 AM - 7:30 PM, 5 days a week) suited for an experienced HR professional with a background in recruitment within the SEO/Digital Marketing domain.
Responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Coordinate training and development initiatives.
Responsible for maintaining monthly expenses and billing records for the company.
Qualifications MBA in HR is a must.
2 to 3+ years of relevant HR experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Must have recruitment experience in SEO field/Digital Marketing.
Must have used job portals like Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
