About the Role

We are looking for motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Business Development Executives to support our international client acquisition and business growth.

This is a remote, commission-based contractor opportunity open to freshers and experienced professionals worldwide, subject to applicable hiring requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Research international markets and identify prospective B2B clients.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, and professional networking.

Connect with founders, CEOs, CTOs, CISOs, IT managers, and other decision-makers.

Introduce RajSecure's cybersecurity services to relevant businesses.

Qualify prospects, arrange introductory meetings, and maintain professional follow-ups.

Maintain accurate lead records and report business development progress.

Build client relationships and contribute to international sales opportunities.

Compensation & Performance Evaluation

Commission: 10% on eligible net client payments actually received by RajSecure for successfully acquired clients attributable to your sales efforts, subject to agreed commission terms.

Performance Bonuses: Additional bonuses may be available based on applicable performance criteria and business results.

Initial Evaluation: The first three months will be used to evaluate lead quality, client meetings, conversions, revenue contribution, and professionalism.

Important: This is initially a commission-only contractual opportunity. There is no fixed monthly salary or guaranteed income during the initial three-month period. Strong performers may be considered for a monthly fixed-compensation role, subject to performance, business requirements, and role availability. A transition is not guaranteed.
