Role & responsibilities
Manage joining & Onboarding Formalities
Maintain Employee Records and HR MIS
Support Attendance ,Leave & Payroll Data
Assist in PF ,ESIC & Compliance Documentation
Support Performance Appraisal & Incentive Data
Handle Employee Queries & Basic Grievances
Coordinate With Branch , sales & basic Collection Teams
Handle end-to-end Recruitment(Sourcing ,Screening ,Interview Coordination).
Source and Identify potential candidates through job portals.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
Schedule interviews between candidates and managers.
Post job openings on different hiring platforms.
Salary Negotiation.
