1. SHOULD BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND ONBOARD NEW POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS INTO THE BUISNESS.

2. SHOULD COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH THE CUSTOMERS ON THE PRODUCT RANGES, SHOULD DEVELOP STRATEGIC RELATIONS WITH EXISTING VENDORS, NEWLY ADDED VENDORS AND CUSTOMERS.

3. SHOULD HAVE ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE ON PRODUCTS AND PORTFOLIO.

4. SHOULD PREPARE DAILY, MONTHLY AND WEEKLY SALES PLAN FOR THE ORGANISATION.

5. SHOULD BE WILLING TO TRAVEL AND MEET TARGETS.

6. SHOULD BE VERY WELL VERSED WITH MARKET STRENGTH, MARKET DEMANDS AND SHOULD CHALK OUT PLANS FOR PLACING THE RIGHT PRODUCTS TO CUSTOMERS AND TO SATISFY CUSTOMER NEEDS.
