JUNIOR ARCHITECT

Conduct architectural research, site studies, precedent analysis, and data collection to support project development and design decisions.Prepare documentation, reports, and reference material for ongoing and upcoming projects.Assist in the preparation of conceptual architectural designs, massing studies, spatial planning, and design narratives.Develop schematic design (SD) and design development (DD) drawings in compliance with State Building Byelaws, NBC, local development regulations, and statutory norms.Explore innovative design approaches and experiment with architectural forms, materials, and spatial concepts.
