Job Description

Manage and resolve IT support tickets efficiently.Assist users with MS365, Office365, Exchange Server, and SharePoint.Perform regular system maintenance and updates.Set up and manage user accounts and permissions.Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for users.Ensure data security and backup processes are followed.Collaborate with the technology team on IT projects.Document IT support procedures and solutions.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:

Experience with IT support and troubleshooting.Good knowledge of MS365, Office365, and SharePoint.Hands-on experience with Exchange Server and MS Exchange.Strong problem-solving and communication skills.A proactive approach to managing IT systems and issues.
