Basic understanding of recruitment HR processes

Good communication skills (verbal written)

Comfortable with calling, coordination, and follow-ups

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and documentation

Role

Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Conduct initial HR telephonic screenings and schedule interviews with hiring managers

Maintain and update candidate databases, trackers, and recruitment MIS

Support employee onboarding activities and documentation

Maintain HR records, files, and employee data accurately

Assist in attendance, leave management, and HR reports

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth day-to-day HR operations

Support HR in employee engagement activities and internal communication

Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and internal stakeholders

Perform other HR administrative and operational tasks as assigned
