We are Looking for Tool Room Supervisor

Job Location:- Basai Gurgaon Hr

Min Experience:- 4 Year +

Salary:- Upto 40k

Core Responsibilities

Tool Maintenance and Repair: Schedule and supervise routine, preventative, and breakdown maintenance on tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures

Inventory Management: Maintain accurate digital or physical logs tracking tool check-in/check-out, usage, and replacement levels

Staff Supervision: Assign daily tasks, manage work schedules, and coach toolmakers, machine operators, and support personnel

Safety and Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, maintain 5S housekeeping standards, and ensure a hazard-free environment

Production Coordination: Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to troubleshoot technical problems and guarantee part quality

Procurement and Budgeting: Source and order new equipment, replacement parts, or consumables within allocated financial limits
